Karen is conscientious, extremely thorough, loyal and dependable. In addition to her superior cleaning services (which has included oven cleaning, wiping out the refrigerator and laundry if needed), Karen has also provided us pet sitting, ironing and garage and attic organizing.

She is also great to have on hand for dinner parties, as she won’t leave your home until the last glass is dried and put away AND the dishwasher has been emptied.

Karen aptly anticipates your needs; if she can’t do it, she’ll find someone who can. Karen is rock solid, her staff is well trained, and I am so lucky to have met her over four years ago.

Karen has been working for us for over a year. She does anything above and beyond what you ask of her. The house has never been cleaned like she cleans it. It’s incredible. She sees to details that you wouldn’t ordinarily see or that someone who does that type of work wouldn’t normally see. I’ve had people clean my house for years, but nobody cleaned it like that. She’s really, really good.

I guess what I love about her so much is, we’ve owned our business for years, and I’ve had other people work with me, but Karen is always willing and happy to help you. She is always in a good mood, which means a lot today.

She brought me food during the pandemic. She went and did my grocery shopping. She has helped my mom who is 93 and has taken things to her. My sister now has COVID, and Karen has taken her food and medicine and put it at her front door.

I know Karen of Karen’s Cleaning Service through a close friend of mine who lives in Knoxville, and he has used that service for years. I have visited him many times when she has been there cleaning his house. Every time I have observed her in his house, I’ve observed her work to be very thorough. That’s the first thing you notice. She doesn’t miss anything. And she takes all the time that is required to do a thorough job.

I’m told by my friend that she has always been very dependable and has always done a good job for him every time she’s been there, and he’s used her for quite some time. I’ve also noticed that she has a wide variety of cleaning agents that she brings into the house. She’s got brushes and powders and solutions and all kinds of instruments, so she can handle any situation that there is.
